What is “holding pen”, how to get out from it

Holding pen is condition when you did not make any sale, but your position in board move to the top because other member activity. Instead to receive payday (fly) you will go to holding pen.
To get out from holding pen you must make at least 1 sale (refer 1 person). When you made 1 sale, your position in board will be back.
